Integrated Multi Trophic Level (IMTA) is identified as the integrating culture of multi-species in one area. The effectiveness space and feed main aspect from this point. disease health shrimp management on production including immune boosters plays a critical aspect. aim research to determine analyze Litopenaeus vannamei system different systems, namely polyculture monoculture. Alginate was applied supplementation diet by oral administration. cellular humoral parameters ie. Total hemolymph Count (THC), Phagocyte Activity (PA), Index (PI), Phenoloxidase activity (PO), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) were assessed, monthly. A completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatments (IMTA monoculture, four replications 500 m2 pond area conducted. In third month, THC PA monoculture resulted significant differences (p<0.05) compared (IMTA). SOD significantly higher at every sampling period. PO enzyme shrimps produced results IMTA ponds 2nd 3rd months. It concluded that L. ponds. food competition terms may affect fact. Improving feeding technique recommended.
